For the sake of clarity, the image below is split into two sections, due to the shape of the course. The bottom image joins onto the right hand side of the top image.
The course has traffic free sections, however any sections which are not, will be well marshalled, so you can be assured that the course is fast.
The large section of the run is along the Cole Green Way, a disused railway line which has been made into a traffic free cycle and foot-path.
You will receive water three times on the course, at approximately miles: 3, 7 and 10.
