For the sake of clarity, the image below is split into two sections, due to the shape of the course. The bottom image joins onto the right hand side of the top image.
The course is almost entirely traffic free, however any sections which are not, will be heavily marshalled, so you can be assured that the course is fast.
The majority of the run is along the Cole Green Way, a disused railway line which has been made into a traffic free cycle and foot-path.
The Old Coach Road is entirely traffic free and closed for the whole race period.
You will recieve water three times on the course, at miles: 3.5, 7.2 and 10.
